Samyang Buldak Carbonara Hot Chicken Ramen combines the familiar heat of Buldak noodles with a creamy carbonara-style sauce.
The noodles are springy and coated in a rich sauce that balances chilli heat with a smoother, creamier flavour. It is still a spicy ramen, but the carbonara-style seasoning gives it a different character from the Original and 2x Spicy varieties.
Each pack contains 130g and is prepared as a stir-fried noodle dish rather than a noodle soup.

How to Prepare
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the pack.
Drain most of the cooking water, leaving a small amount with the noodles, then mix in the liquid sauce and seasoning powder until evenly coated.
