Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery options and costs
- Standard Delivery: £4.99 (3–5 business days) — FREE on all orders over £40
- Express Delivery: £6.99 (1–2 business days)
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. While we aim to meet these timeframes, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays.
Tracking
Where available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Damaged or missing items
