These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you use our website, place an order or purchase products from us.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Billing & Payment Terms.

Product packaging, ingredients, appearance or manufacturer information may occasionally change.

5. PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order through Asian Larder, you are offering to purchase the selected products.
You are responsible for checking the products selected, quantities, delivery address, billing details and other information supplied during checkout.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an automated order confirmation.
We may contact you if there is an issue with stock availability, payment, pricing, delivery information or another aspect of the order.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted and/or dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, an obvious pricing or website error has occurred, we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or we cannot deliver to the address provided.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot fulfil, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

7. PRICES
All prices on our website are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
The price payable is the price shown during checkout at the time the order is placed, subject to the treatment of obvious pricing errors described below.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

8. PRICING ERRORS
We take reasonable care to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate.
If an obvious pricing error is identified before dispatch, we may contact you and give you the option to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the affected item or order.
If payment has already been taken for an order that is cancelled, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

9. PAYMENT
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or the relevant payment provider.
Orders are subject to successful payment authorisation.

10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
Delivery options, charges, processing times and estimated delivery periods are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
If there is a delivery delay or problem, please contact us and we will investigate with the relevant courier.
Risk in the goods remains with us until the goods are delivered to you or to a person you have identified to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

11. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your rights to cancel an eligible order, return goods or request a refund are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

12. FOOD AND CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS
Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation or return rights where an exemption under applicable consumer law applies.
This may include goods that are genuinely perishable or liable to deteriorate rapidly, and certain sealed goods that become unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

13. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotions or promotional codes.
Additional terms may apply to individual promotions.
Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, discount codes must be entered before checkout is completed, promotions may be subject to expiry dates, minimum spend requirements or product exclusions, and we may withdraw or amend promotions where reasonably necessary.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the Asian Larder website, including our branding, text, graphics, website design and original materials, belongs to Kian Trading Ltd or is used with appropriate permission.
Third-party product names, trademarks and brand imagery remain the property of their respective owners.

Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to operate the website and process transactions.
Your purchase contract is with Kian Trading Ltd trading as Asian Larder, not with Shopify.
Certain personal data may be processed by Shopify in order to provide the ecommerce services we use.

Changes will not remove rights that have already arisen under an order placed before the change.

These Terms, together with the policies referred to within them, set out the terms governing your use of our website and purchases from Asian Larder.
